This makes so much natural sense. As I travel, I’ve had to get more creative about how to transform the same or different ingredients. More than ever before (I’m generally a cookbook hater) I would love for someone to just tell me what to do a little. Now I’m excited to give cookbooks a try again when I have a consistent home base.
